This two-bedroom 1970’s elevated house in Ludmilla, Darwin, has been transformed into a luxurious three-bedroom home.
When renovations commenced all that remained where a few walls of the original structure. Now complete with spa-style bathrooms, stunning kitchen with walk-in pantry and a massive Merbau deck.The new outdoor living space with complementing black fans has created an amazing entertaining area overlooking the Darwin race course.
Another feature of this beautiful home is the inclusion of beautiful shutters dividing the en suite from the master bedroom. Black painted steel with stainless steel wires, Merbau staircase complete the look of this amazing renovated property. DN Building was awarded the 2016 HIA NT Renovation/Addition Project of the Year Award for this project.

Ours was an extensive renovation—only three walls of the original building were remaining. The project began at the start of May and, as promised, by August we moved into our dream home.
