After 10 years of making do with its cramped rooms and poky design the owners embarked on a huge renovation to
almost double the floor space.
Adding a master bedroom with luxurious ensuite and enviable walk-in wardrobe, a fourth bedroom, stunning back veranda and slick new bathroom, Dave carefully considered all of the clients ideas. ‘He genuinely tried to make everything possible, I saw some beautiful screens in a magazine and Dave turned them into a unique feature on our bedroom balcony. I also love the incredible sliding glass door he installed on that balcony
– it disappears into a wall cavity, bringing the outdoors in. Dave made several suggestions that have improved the useability and liveability of our home, and we now have a beautiful tropical space to enjoy year-round.’
